This policy explains what personal data we collect through the Ventaro Home Solutions website, why we collect it and what your rights are under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act.
This is a translation for your convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Bulgarian version prevails.
1. Who processes your data

2. What data we collect
When you send an enquiry through the form on the website, we only collect the data you enter:
- name and phone number (required);
- email, town / neighbourhood (optional);
- information about the service — product, type, quantity, dimensions, colour and any additional text;
- photos, if you choose to attach them (for example of a window or door).
Please do not attach photos showing people, documents or other personal information that is not needed for the enquiry.
3. What we use the data for
- to respond to your enquiry and contact you;
- to prepare a quote and arrange a visit, measuring or installation;
- to perform a contract, if you decide to use our services.
We do not use your data for advertising, we do not sell it and we do not share it with third parties for marketing.
4. Legal basis
We process the data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and in order to take steps at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
5. How long we keep the data
If no contract is concluded after the enquiry, we delete your data within 12 months of our last contact. If you use our services, we keep the data for as long as needed to perform the contract and for the warranty period, and for as long as required by accounting and tax legislation.
6. Who else receives the data
Enquiries from the form are sent from the website’s server (hosting: SuperHosting.BG) to our business mailbox, provided by Google (Google Workspace). These providers act as processors on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else unless required by law.
7. External services on the website
To work properly, the website loads fonts from Google Fonts, the map from OpenStreetMap and some libraries from public servers (cdnjs, jsDelivr). When loading them, your browser sends its IP address to these servers. The website does not use cookies for tracking or advertising.
The links to our Facebook and Instagram profiles lead to external websites that have their own privacy policies.
8. Your rights
You have the right:
- to obtain information about and access to the data we hold about you;
- to request correction of inaccurate data;
- to request erasure of the data (“right to be forgotten”);
- to request restriction of processing;
- to receive your data in a portable format;
- to object to the processing;
- to withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

9. Right to complain
If you believe your rights have been violated, you can lodge a complaint with the Commission for Personal Data Protection — 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, Bulgaria, www.cpdp.bg.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last change.
